Legacy Programme – New Zealand Rowing Foundation

About the Programme

The Legacy Programme celebrates and preserves the rich history of rowing in New Zealand, recognising those who have contributed to the sport while ensuring their stories continue to inspire and support future generations of rowers. These stories form part of New Zealand’s wider sporting heritage.

Our New Zealand representatives have been accorded a chronological order and the number of Legacy Medals will keep increasing as new representatives are selected.

All of these representative New Zealand rowers will be progressively invited to receive a commemorative medal saluting their contribution to the history of New Zealand Rowing.
